What is your understanding of what was recommended to you and why?
The fixed term period of my mortgage was concluding in a couple of weeks. Ian talked me through the available options given the short timeframe and provided some illustrations based on this.
What overall impression did you have of your adviser during your meeting(s)?
I was very appreciative and impressed with how quickly Ian responded to my case and in trying to ensure my selected product was secured considering the fluctuating nature of the market. Given the urgent nature of the situation he was both sympathetic and practical in his approach and helping me understand the options available.
